New York City is known to be home to one of the most global and diverse food cultures, so it isn’t much of a surprise that there are a plethora of offsets of popular restaurants from all around the world that have landed in New York. Here are some of our favorites from just the past year:
Spring has officially sprung and with it the announcement of all the new and exciting restaurants coming to NYC. Restaurant openings in the winter are few and far between so we’ve been counting down to these openings for what feels like an eternity! Here are some of the restaurants we’re most excited about:

4:45 PM: We are the first in line. Huge accomplishment. Feeling proud.
5:00PM: Watch pre-service staff meeting, cheering alongside (and taking snaps) as they amp up for the second night of service.
5:01PM: Chug water.
5:05PM: David Chang runs by and is looking stressed. He’s in the zone but still waves hello.
5:15 PM: Solid line. We discover a picture of the menu on Instagram and start planning our meal – which isn’t hard because we immediately decide we’re ordering almost the whole menu.
